Authorities identify suspect in Aloha hit-and-run crash that injured bicyclist

Francisco Luna-Flores, 51, of Beaverton, was arrested on an accusation of felony hit and run and was lodged in the Washington County Jail, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office. The crash was one of three – either involving a pedestrian or bicyclist – that deputies responded to Monday afternoon and evening. A man reportedly suffered life-threatening injuries in one of the crashes.
